Built for busy professional by a busy professional with many years in the fitness industry, the Lean90 method is not designed for people who live in the gym, but for people who are time constraint and need to get the most out of the gym for whatever time they can spare.

Who do you recommend the plan to?

This programme is recommended to beginners and intermediates, or anyone who is looking to regain or surpass their best shape in their prime years. It’s the perfect blend of optimising your return in time spent in the gym and in the kitchen which amplifies the results while imparting the knowledge that you need to maintain it.

How long before I start noticing results?

The first couple of weeks are a calibration of understanding your training and energy requirements. Once this has been established you should start seeing and feeling results within weeks. The Lean90 Method is not a quick-fix and our focus is on achieving a transformation over a 90 day period which you will be equipped to continue to develop either on your own or with the Lean90 family.

I've had training injuries in the past. Will this make them flare up again?

All exercises are carefully selected and we offer variations for movements to avoid any niggles and pains for the most common injuries, as well as corrective exercise and priming techniques to properly engage your muscles and body and avoid injuries in the first place.

Will the Lean90 Method work for me?

Absolutely. No other programme adjusts to your progress like we do. We establish your base in training and nutrition very early, thus allowing us to pivot as required to ensure you keep progressing.

What if it doesn't work for me?

How much time do I need to commit to working out?

Our base plan is built on just four training days per week with workouts lasting between 30 and 45 minutes. Our philosophy is that frequency and consistency is more important than intensity and better for habit forming. Once you’ve graduated from the 12-week programme you will be able to maintain your progress with less time, or you can continue to more advanced training.

Do I need access to specialist equipment?

You don’t need access to specialist equipment, just the basic equipment that any self-respecting gym should have; free weights and cable machines.

I'm not fit, will I be able to keep up?

Yes, our plan is to establish what your base level is and progressively build you up from there. Not only is the total workout volume adjustable, but we suggest progressions and regressions on key exercises based on your ability.

Can't I just do it on my own and follow free plans out there?

No. The Lean90 Method has been carefully designed and structured in a way that builds progression and focuses attention on key aspects of training and nutrition to equip our members to not only execute during the 12 weeks, but for the rest of their lives.
